"I have been blessed to be playing the last two tracks, Relaxation Music for Babies I and II, for almost a year to my 1 1/2 year old, using it for bedtime and naps. It is miraculous the way it unwinds her from her day into sleep. One evening as I was also drifting off to sleep, I had this knowing that the way the music is aligned that it stimulates the golden mean within the listener, which is the basis of all creation in all of nature. It is like a reset to bring our self back into our original nature."
